The Dreamy Hippogryphon

General Information

Owl-Faced Hippogryphons are unlike most other creatures in the Veil, their strange combination of multiple creatures luckily does not hinder them when it comes to survival. Easily standing six feet to their shoulder at adulthood, these bird-steeds can fend off near any danger, be it demon, dragon, or other ghastly influence. These creatures are used in the guard to defend and protect the castle, and it is considered an honor to meet one of the six who protect, each representing a unique variant of hippogryphon. It is said that these six are not natural born hippogryphons, but the shifted forms of the Saltwater Gryphon tribe.

This egg captures the beautiful color of a lightly clouded sunset.

Baby Information

This hatchling seems to be a mix inbetween a bird and a steed. It is quite powerful and is fond of kicking your other hatchlings if they bother it. Its beautiful colors are quite dazzling in the twilight.

Teen Information

It has grown now and it has seemed to of sprouted a pair of wings, which it uses often in conjunction with its beak, claws, and hooves to defend and take down anything that bothers it too much.

Adult Information

Your hatchling has grown now an although it isn't a steed in the normal sense, you do tend to use it for transportation. More than once it has been able to defend you from various dangers with its varied arsenal of abilities, and you value having it nearby as a protection from any unseen creatures. It also has the strange ability to turn its head nearly all the way around, as well as the ability to sense creatures in complete darkness, though you rarely ever risk the chance to see how far it can sense due to the strong dangers lurking.
