The Land of Ice and Snow
General Information
Gilded Matkiear are unusual sights to see, their abnormally long necks and tails giving them the look of a long, while their nimble legs and upright posture give them the appearance of a wing, yet the tiny wings their bear are useless for flight. These draco are therefore classed as dragons, although many mages still dispute exactly what they belong to. Even so, these companions are still impressive sights to behold, with their fur producing shimmers of ice wherever they may wander, and the golden adornments on their body shimmering in any gleam. Sadly, not much is known about these beasts, besides their beauty, as they suffered from overhunting before mages could study them.

This brown egg has some spots of gold flecking on the shell.
Baby Information
You are fairly certain this is a long dragon, though you are unable to tell for sure, as it bears wing buds on its back. It walks with pure elegance, despite its strange body, and tends to switch from bipedal to quadrupedal with some effort, although it is not quite as elegant. It is prone to eating whatever vegetables you feed it, carrots being its favorite snack. Sometimes, it will even steal carrots from your bag, even after just being fed.

You are fairly certain this is a long dragon, though you are unable to tell for sure, as it bears wing buds on its back. It is prone to eating whatever vegetables you feed it, carrots being its favorite snack. Sometimes, it will even steal carrots from your bag, even after just being fed. It has grown some now, and the tufts of fur on its body have spread to its ankles and tail. It also is for certain now that it has wings, much like a dragon, though they are practically hidden underneath all of the chest fur. It still shows the same fondness for carrots that it used to, and sometimes even bothers your carrot dragons- not knowing they are not made out of carrots.
Adult Information
Your hatchling has grown now, and it is quite the sight to behold. The large, angelic like wings that grace its back are impressive, and the fur on its body glimmers in the icy weather outside. It is incredibly tame, and, although not built for riding upon, is happy to let you on when you need it. It has retained its cheerful enthusiasm for carrots, and for one it is willing to do small tasks- which helps with keeping up on your chores, although its somewhat large size makes it impossible for it to do such with care. Strangely, it is gone on most days during seasons other than winter, and you have to lure it indoors with carrots for you to ensure it will not leave.
