The Erjinzhi Long

General Information

Erjinzhi longs are distant relatives of the Hua long- and the similarities are not lost on even the most unobservant of mages. However, these beasts have long since gone under the radar and into obscurity- lacking the beauty and poise of their cousins, they were neglected to near extinction. As a result, very few mages are in possession of one of these magnificent creatures, and the breed has been marked as a heritage breed. Sadly, though, it seems that they are unable to breed successfully in captivity; and although many mages have tried to rediscover the process needed, none have been successful.
