The Thiorni

General Information

Thiorni are fast, powerful creatures, that command the aspects of both wind and water. Most Thiorni are more familiar with wind, and will rely on this ability to reach incredible diving speeds before delivering damaging blows with their static magic, but occasionally a Thiorni possesses strong water magic instead, and commands with it powerful tornadoes. Many mages have attempted to use these creature's powers for their own means, but very, very few have been successful, as Thiorni swear their allegance to the elements and think of themselves as above human matters.

This tiny, dark blue hatchling seems to be melancholic when it is sunny out, and prefers to spend much of its time by the lakeside. It has grown wings now and seems split between the realms of sky and water, and loves to dive into the depths at high speeds.

Adult Information

As an adult, your creature seems to be a skilled fisher- able to spot potential prey from thousands of feet and accurately dive into it with a crushing blow. Even so, though, you rarely see it rely on just crushing anymore- as it seems to be able to charge itself through these dives and deliver devastating electric blasts. It seems detached from interacting with you, though, and you have accepted that you cannot harness this power yourself.
