The Cactus Flower Pygmy

General Information

Cactus Flower pygmies are small, docile creatures commonly found in the Forsaken Desert, Ateol Driusk. These small creatures have an affinity for cactus plants, and construct their homes inside of them. These homes typically consist of a small family unit, usualy with two adult dragons and their offspring, depending on the season, and can take up a large portion of the cacti's inner structure. These dragons survive in their harsh environment by licking off the sap that leaks out of the inside of the cacti for water, and eating the flowers and fruit of the cacti when available. The breeding season of this species mirrors their host plant- when the cacti first begins to bloom, they start nesting, and once their hatchlings emerge the fruit is ripe and ready to feed them.

This small hatchling is a deep green. It is fond of fruit and sweet flowers, and prefers to curl up in small spaces.
