Cosmos 
The Cosmos family consists of exclusively Fae dragons. The Cosmos are an incredibly agile and speedy family, known for their countless wins in races spanning from generation to generation. Their speed is not to be scoffed at; dragons who belong to the Cosmos family are known to be near impossible to beat in a race, friendly or competitive.
Dragons of this family are shown to be highly critical of any new member joining, whether that be by mating, or new offspring being born. If one dragon is seen to be lacking in the family talent, they are often looked down upon and will usually be treated differently than other members.
Mating in this family is odd. The family runs on a “survival of the fittest” mating ruleset. If one dragon wishes to mate with a dragon from the Cosmos family, they will be tested in their abilities. These tests usually consist of races and the like. If a dragon is deemed worthy of mating, the family’s blessing will be given from the oldest living Cosmos dragons. Any dragon that passes these tests will always stick to their mate; ditto with the Cosmos dragon that is mating. It is heavily frowned upon in this family for one dragon having several mates, or children with different fathers or mothers.
Children who are from dragons with several mates or different mothers/fathers are taken in, while the parent(s) are shunned and exiled from the family. If the children aren’t old enough to understand the situation, they will never be told of their parent’s existence. Children of cheating dragons will be taken under the care of that generation’s strongest.
With new abilities, mages have been able to figure out a baseline for breeding in this family: there must be a minimum of twenty stat points in SPD and DEF. While Cosmos family members don’t exactly mind ATK, they’d prefer it to be higher than just single digits. Even with a weaker ATK, most dragons in this family won’t treat some dragon differently with it.
With how selective these dragons breed, new generations in the family are incredibly rare. Most generations will have several offspring, even after a new generation has begun. When a new generation begins, this family has been observed to be seemingly celebrating. There will often be several dragons in one generation that breed.
Dragons with a “☆” in their names are eligible for mating.
Dragons with a “★” in their names are the strongest of their generation.
