ANSWERED :: cannot change my avatar pic

So i threw in a pic of one of my dragons for the time being but now want to change it but no matter how many times i do it and save changes it just remains the original pic. Why.

never mind - i did a hard refresh and it had worked - might be something that needs looking into though.
