(Fixed)"You (Don't) Already Own This Forum Vista"

Me again. I'm so sorry. When I try to buy either of the Thirteenth Year vistas, the shopkeeper tells me I already have that vista. I do not in fact already have that vista. I checked.

(Does the NPC have a name yet? If not, they should be Gremlin, Glitch, Trickster, or something similar.)
