FIXED: Minor Event Bugs

First off, I'm really enjoying the event and the revamped seadrake art. I have stumbled across a couple of bugs, though. First, I've gotten something called Raffle Entry from the pillar twice now with no corresponding item or actual raffle entry. Second, clicking on an edge ticket gives the infinite spinning circles of doom and nothing else.
