Growth Bonus Glitch

The growth bonus seems to be glitchy again. It's being applied at reset, but not to everything.

I have two dark coastal waverunner eggs I picked up on April 23th, 2023. As of July 4th, 2023, one has 90 clicks and one has 99 clicks. I have eggs from May 16th with 30-40 clicks. It looks like there's still something wrong with the growth bonus and the way it's (not) being applied. (Could the growth potion not being applied be something to do with shiny eggs? Or twin potions? Or both?)
