Pulsar Breeding Tweak

Right now, unless you want to pay Eggx and take your chances, the only way to get a pulsar is by breeding a singularity with a dragon of the desired color. To get a quasar, you either breed two quasars, breed two pulsars, or breed a pulsar/quasar with a dragon of the desired color. This makes it a lot easier to get quasars than to get pulsars, though quasars are further along in the chain of hybrids. I'd like to suggest that pulsar/pulsar breeding should have a chance of giving pulsars as well as quasars. This would also make it easier to get pulsars of a specific color, since some of the breeding options are limited (orange, for example, seems to be limited to mango and possibly magma mates).
