My Custom Queue (My Requests)

Здравствуйте, у меня вопрос на счёт "My Custom Queue" и "My Requests". Я отправляла запрос на замену модели моего существа, но почему-то запрос пропал. Некаких сообщений мне не отправлялось, отклоненим или ожидающим оно тоже не стоит, ну и сама моделька существа тоже не заменена. Не знаю что делать.

Hello, I have a question about "My Custom Queue" and "My Requests". I sent a request to replace the model of my creature, but for some reason the request disappeared. No messages were sent to me, we’ll reject it or it’s not worth waiting, and the creature’s model itself hasn’t been replaced either.
