Unable to buy Thunderstorm Vista

So I'm trying to purchase the Thunderstorm vista in the Vistas shop, and every time I click on it, it goes in a constant loading state. I've waited several minutes for it to finish loading but no matter how long I wait it STILL is loading. Idk what the issue is but I'm kinda upset that I cannot buy the Thunderstorm vista because of this. Please help???

Update: Thunderstorm event occurred again today and still am unable to buy the Thunderstorm Vista for the same reason. Any time I click on it, I just get stuck in a constant loading state despite waiting an hour for it to get done loading.
Is there anything this site's devs can do to fix this issue? Sure it's a minor bug but what if other people cannot buy the Thunderstorm Vista because of the same issue I'm having with it? There HAS to be something done with this-
