Another Site's Error Message?

I released an egg a short while ago and got an error message for a site called Forgotten Home (the egg released successfully). The message did have a link to a status page for Forgotten Home, but I didn't click it. Weird glitch? Site hack? New project? If it happens again when I'm on a device that does better with copying and pasting, I'll copy the text of the message. If it helps, the site was sluggish at the time, so I switched tabs and came back.
