pretty self-explanatory title to be honest. anyways, name of that one achievement with veggie dragons (can't remember the exact name but it had something to do with salad) got me wondering this question so i thought it was worthy to be a forum post.
edit: whoops, made the title too big. anyways, the full title is supposed to be "are veggie dragons (carrot drakes, radish dragons and lettuce dragons edible?"

Also do they actually taste like veggies, or do they just have a deceptively vegetarian surface with an underneath that.. tastes like chicken?

well they very much can photosynthesize according to the encyclopedia, so there has to be at least some plant (-ish) cells in them right?
