Blue Pillar Caldony?

Hi! I am fairly new to this site, but I haven't seen anything like this before. I found a Caldony at the pillar today, but when I hatched it, it was blue. The encyclopedia shows it as gold, does anyone know what's going on?

pillar caldonies and seadrakes all have individually different colors and markings (meaning every one of them has different colors), and sometimes pillar caldonies can even be born with a pair of magical wings :)
