503 error when appraising multiple Edge Tickets

Seen that the ticket had 5 things it could be appraised for and I had just the right amount of tickets so I tried getting them all in one go, that musta broke it I'm guessing ;~; I lost all the tickets and didnt get anything in return

new issue, it is not letting me select the lost fields background & gives me either edge bg instead .-.
