completely wrong dragon won in the lottery

i put down 1k tickets on (i think) a wish dragon (the lighter variant, i think the pastel?) last night and i just woke up to see that i won a purple quasar???

this isn't the dragon that was in the lottery at ALL, so i don't know how the hell i won this?? is this a common thing?
